Our new report, Budget 2023: Facilitating Resilient and Sustainable Reforms to Support Women and Children, builds on our continued efforts to advocate for gender-responsive budgeting (GRB). The report outlines three pillars – safeguarding women and girls from violence, ensuring social protection of women and their livelihoods, and access to healthcare services for vulnerable communities – to ensure that the gaps during the pandemic are successfully mitigated. The report makes 16 recommendations for Budget 2023.
